These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ZipZapGo's courier aggregation platform and related services. Please read them carefully before using our platform. By creating an account or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZipZapGo's platform, APIs, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users including sellers, businesses, and developers accessing our shipping and logistics platform.
2. Services
ZipZapGo provides an AI-powered multi-courier aggregation platform that enables users to compare, book, track, and manage shipments across 30+ courier partners. Our services include shipment booking, real-time tracking, AI courier allocation, analytics, API access, and related logistics technology solutions.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services.
4. Shipping & Delivery
ZipZapGo acts as a technology intermediary between you and courier partners. While we facilitate shipment booking and tracking, actual delivery is performed by third-party courier companies. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier performance, weather, and other factors beyond our control.
5. Payments & Billing
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, origin, destination, and courier rates. All payments are processed securely through our platform. Wallet balances are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. COD remittances are subject to courier settlement timelines.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our platform to ship prohibited items including hazardous materials, illegal substances, or items restricted by Indian law. You may not misuse our APIs, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent activities including fake orders or address manipulation.
7. Limitation of Liability
ZipZapGo's liability is limited to the shipping charges paid for the affected shipment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification.
