Our AI engine processes shipment data (pin codes, weights, delivery outcomes) to optimize courier selection and predict delivery success. This processing is automated and designed to improve shipping performance. No personal data is used for AI training without explicit consent.
4. Data Sharing
We share data with courier partners (for delivery), payment processors (for transactions), and analytics providers (anonymized usage data). We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
